Relax amidst a dreamlike mountain backdrop, absolutely quiet location and a high degree of living and vacation comfort. Our apartment is 85 square meters and is located in a quiet, green residential area in Haiming. Due to the proximity of the A12 highway (about 5 km), Haiming train station (about 1 km) and the bus stops in the village (about 100 m - 4 minutes' walk), there is a very good connection. Free parking is right in front of the apartment. The space Cozy apartment with kitchen and dining area, as well as the living room with pull-out sofa bed invite you to relax and give the apartment a homey atmosphere. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. The upper floor is not occupied – you will have the entire house to yourself. We provide free Wi-Fi (150 Mbit/s), coffee machine, kettle, fully equipped kitchen, (excl. food), dishwasher, ironing board, iron. The tap water is the best drinking water quality. If you arrive with your own vehicle, a parking space is available. There are many hiking and cycling trails, a swimming pond and sports fields as well as children's playgrounds in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note The village of Haiming is centrally located in the Inn Valley, 5 minutes from the A12 Haiming/Ötztal highway exit. In the village there is a local supplier (Billa, about 3 minutes' walk) and a bakery (5 minutes' walk). The Tyrolean state capital Innsbruck is located 44 kilometers east of Haiming. Travel time about 40 minutes.
