Ile de Sein: House with yard

The Ile de Sein is a small paradise an hour by boat from Audierne. No cars on the island, we walk. The sea is everywhere, it's the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. The house is labeled 2-star furnished tourist accommodation. It faces south and is located in the heart of Ile de Sein. Ideal for a family of up to 6 people (sleeps 6). No superfluous, just what you need for a comfortable stay. The space It's a simple house with no frills. To put it all, we still have some renovation work to be completed. Bed and house linen (towels and washcloths, tea towels) are provided. On the ground floor a living room with internet connection, connected radio/CD, TV, books and board games. A new equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). You will find everything you need in a small grocery store (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar... please remember to refuel when a product is missing) and eco-friendly cleaning products. On the first floor, a bedroom (a bed of 160 and a wardrobe) and a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: a 160 cm bed, a dresser, and a desk area; bedroom 2: 2 90 cm beds and a dresser) and a bathroom with a sink and toilet. The house has a small sunny courtyard, great for lunch in the sun. Some helpful guidelines - Drinking water is valuable on the island as there is no spring. It comes from the desalination of seawater by very energy-intensive machines: limiting consumption is essential by reducing the duration of showers (wait for the return to the mainland to relax for a long time in the shower and relax with the views that the island offers you!), and by only doing laundry when necessary. - The electricity is produced by generators: a good reason to think about its consumption! - Waste must be brought back to the mainland for treatment. Consider reducing your production and, most importantly, sort it out. Guest access The renovation of the house is not fully completed. We apologize for the missing finishes. We do not rent out one of the rooms that we use to store equipment. Other things to note Enjoy your stay on Ile de Sein to recharge your batteries. Stroll along the paths or let yourself go to listen to the sea and dream in front of the ocean. A desire for unusual discovery? Go to the nautical center where Pierre will offer you a kayak ride to discover seals or dolphins. In summer, climb to the lighthouse to enjoy a breathtaking panorama. Visit the island's museum and discover why Ile de Sein is "a quarter of France".
