It has a key code entry with lockbox which will be provided to you on day of check in. Two keys are provided which open the main door and then your apartment door. Living area: comfortable couch and chair for relaxing. Smart HD TV with free wifi. No cable provided but all steaming services offered on the smart TV. Coat closet with hangers. Kitchen: microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher and stove/ oven. I also provide complementary coffee. Pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, plates, bowls and glasses. Dish soap & dishwasher soap also provided. Bathroom: shower/ tub combo. Toiletries provided. Hair dryer. Shampoo & body wash. Bedroom: queen size bed with linens. Full size closet with hangers. Office: desk & chair Laundry room: washer & dryer on site shared with other units. Detergent provided Guest access Guests will have access to apartment #1 and laundry room which is located outside of the apartment (shared with other guests) Other things to note We provide a starter supply of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) for your convenience. For stays longer than 3 days, guests are kindly responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
