Kitchen and Cooking: - Stainless steel outdoor grill - Keurig with Coffee/Tea Station - Stainless-steel Appliances - High quality pots/pans - Cooking utensils - Cookie sheets - Hand mixer - Blender - Toaster - Tupperware Take a load off in your cozy living space furnished with a 55" flat-screen TV! Sign in to your favorite streaming services like Disney +, Netflix, and HULU. In terms of amenities, you'll have access to all the essentials: - Towels - Conditioner, Shampoo, Body Wash - Hairdryer - Iron - Makeup towels - First aid kit - Fire extinguisher We take our home's sanitation and cleaning procedures very seriously. All linens and bed quilts are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean! This open and airy layout can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. If you would like to book for 7 or 8 guests, message the host! There will be a $25 fee for each additional guest above 6 guests. Parking is free! You may park in the driveway or street. There is a detached "Moroccan Oasis" Casita next to this home. We typically have it rented out one month at a time to local traveling professionals. These homes share a common front patio. But don't worry, optimal privacy for our guests is very important to us. Both homes are detached and have their own private entrances, HVACs, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces. We look forward to hosting you and hope you have a 5-star stay! Guest access You'll have access to the entire unit. This will include the driveway and dedicated backyard space (separated by an iron gate as pictured). Other things to note Pet Policy Although we love our furry friends, to keep our home as clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly as possible, no pets are allowed. If you bring an unauthorized animal on the property, you will be charged a $400 pet cleaning fee and your booking will be terminated with no refund. Security To maintain a secure and safe premises, this home is equipped with exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no interior cameras. Please note that this home is also equipped with a noise monitoring device to maintain a peaceful environment. This device detects noise levels, it does not listen to or record conversations.
