The home, built in 2005, is beautifully updated and a 5 minute drive to the freeway, where you'll be able to get to the University of Oregon in 10 minutes, world-class wineries in 15, or The University of Oregon and downtown Eugene in less than 20. Full size closet with strange shelf. Guest access The entire house is available for guest use except the primary bedroom and bathroom and the third bedroom, which I use as an office. Guests have access to the second bedroom, private full bathroom, half bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, living room and back yard.
