A perfect home base for exploring Nashville and the surrounding areas, situated in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. The space is the lower level of our house that I've lovingly updated a couple years ago to host friends and family. We're now extending that hospitality to future friends and travelers! With the lower level and its private entrance all to yourself, you will be able to start and end your day with peace and quiet. The space We live upstairs but the downstairs is all yours! That being said, due to the age of the house, the floors creak. So you'll be able to hear us moving around and occasionally will hear the dog playing in the evenings. We try our best to keep noise to a minimum and accommodate the needs of guests. Guest access You'll have full and private access to the lower level of the house with a private entrance at the back of the house. There are no shared spaces inside the house, with our part of the home separated from yours by a locked door. Other things to note This is a 50+ year old house, so the floors upstairs do squeak. We'll try our best to be quiet when walking around, but you'll still hear floor squeaks. We also have a cat and dog that live in the upper level of the house, so if you have severe pet allergies this may not be a good fit.
