It is an upstairs apartment to the home. Downstairs is also occupied. Each space has their own separate entrances, no shared space but the parking lot. The Emerald Dragonfly is conveniently located 5 minutes off the interstate and a 10 minute drive to downtown and many desirable attractions. If you need recommendations on what to do, I would love to give you! There is grocery stores, convenient stores, shops, and restaurant near by. Home details: - The space has lots of character as it was built long ago, I hope you can see the beauty and uniqueness in it! I am often changing decor, moving furniture so please don't be surprised if decor isn't the exact same as the photos (it will still be extremely similar) - Master Bedroom : Large king bed with new sheets and quilt comforter. The room also has a desk, night stand, dresser, and closet for extra storage. - Double Bedroom: Double sided bed with night stand, dresser, bookcase, and a closet with kid friendly items such as pack-n-play, toys, books, swing, and 2 baby gates for safety. Each room is provided with sound machines. - Living Room: Wide vintage reupholstered couch with additional seating like bean bags and fold out lounge (located in king closet). Roku TV with the options to login to your accounts as well as a DVD player with many movies to choose from. I provide board and card games for the non-tv watchers. A small 2-seater kitchen table is in the walkway from living room to kitchen as well. - Bathroom: Large open spaced bathroom with a clawfoot shower/tub. I provide anything you may need during your trip like shower essentials, razors, q-tips, bubble bath, feminine products, hot tools, and more. Soft towels that ill make you feel as you are at home! - Kitchen: Newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel amenities. Stocked with kitchen essentials like cooking supplies, paper towels, coffee, tea, misc food, baking supplies, and even a few snacks and drinks. Check out the large pantry for many of those options. - Laundry Room: Laundry room provided with a newer washer and dryer along with dryer sheets and laundry detergent for you to use. Guest access The house is located in between two parking lots and in front of a neighborhood of houses. There is 2 parking spots provided on the left side of the driveway for you. You will enter through the side yard, up the stairs. Other things to note Thank you for your interest in my home. As a disclaimer to any old home, please note sound travels! My home is well insulated and renovated but you may be able to hear the traffic during Chattanooga’s busiest times as we are located so close in town.
