Carl's View -Come for the fun, stay for the view

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful lake view property. The house boasts a beautiful view the moment you walk through the front door. Enjoy the large, patio and lounge on the sofa and chairs in the shade, or grab some sun. Enjoy your evenings with dinner and drinks on the patio, or go to a local restaurant. A fire pit is ready for s'mores. Overlook Snake Creek with a view all the way to Cookson. The house is close to Pine Cove Marina and Snake Creek. The space King bed upstairs has a full bathroom equipped with, shower and double vanity. Master bedroom has a private patio. A coffee maker is provided in the master for early morning relaxing be prepared to watch the sunrise and see early morning wildlife. Downstairs has two rooms, one with a queen bed and one four bed bunk room that are joined together with a second bathroom. The living room has a large sofa and a smart tv. The tv has direct tv with local Oklahoma City stations. There is also a laundry room and half bath adjacent from the kitchen. The kitchen has a large island with four bar stools. The oven is an electric glass top. Enjoy dining outside on the patio. Guest access The whole house is yours. There is no garage access. The driveway provides seven spaces. Other things to note No parties or events No pets No smoking or vaping anywhere on property Tips: -Rent a pontoon and enjoy the water activities! -Bring plenty of groceries. The closest store is Dollar General (10 minutes). The closest grocery store is in Gore-Harps, or Marvin’s in Vian -Bath towels provided. Please bring your own lake towels
