Relax and de-stress in charming and cosy cottage

Get away from your normal stressfull life and relax in this authentic and well maintained cottage. You'll find the nature right outside your door with frequent garden visits from deers, squirells etc. A short stroll to multiple hiking paths at the lovely nearby very child friendly beach. The cottage is also really close to both excelent restaurents and grocery shopping, easily reached by foot or on the available bikes at the cottage. The space The cottage is privately owned and operated. We use it ourselves most of the time and only put it on the market for up to 2 months per year. As personally used most of the time, it contains our own things - things that are cosy and makes the cottage work for us. In the cottage you will find 3 bedrooms, sleeping 5 adults (plus additionally 2 mattresses available), a bright and sunny living area with dining space and a couch corner for TV viewing or in front of the fireplace. Also a south/west facing incorporated glass house/conservatory with exit to the terrace and the garden. Both kitchen and bathroom have been renovated and are cosy and well functioning. In continuation of the house with access from the garden you have an additional covered terrace, ideal for barbecuing, eating outdoor or just enjoying the garden. Multiple parking spots at the property. From August 2024 we have installed a charging box for charging electrical cars at the premises. The box can be made available (charging for usage) Guest access The full cottage and garden is included, except for one small shed which will be locked. In the garden you will find a swing and a fantastic "tree-house". Additionally a trampoline at ground level. In the summertime you can also enjoy the outdoor shower at the end of the cottage. At least 2 functioning bikes will be available for trips in the area, to the beach, for shopping etc. Ps. No helmets provided - byo. Other things to note Wifi will be available in the cottage. Code to log-in etc can be found in the cottage. An android TV-box is also available to provide access to multiple TV-channels as well as some streaming services.
