This beautiful beach house which has just been totally remodeled, is less than 30 steps to the beach in Garden City. Come, park your car in the driveway and start your vacation at the beach! The house is a short 3 blocks away from the Garden City pier and all the restaurants and stores. * Minimum age for renter is at least 25 years old * No smoking The space We understand how special vacations are to everyone and we strive to make sure your stay with us is perfect! If there's anything we can do for you pre or post arrival to make your trip memorable, please let us know! We supply beach towels, bath towels and linens for free. There are beach chairs at the house for our guests to use as well. All of the bathrooms will have toilet paper and the kitchen will have paper towels upon arrival. Other things to note There is a smart T.V. With access to Netflix and the internet in every bedroom and the living room. No cable or satellite television is provided
