The main level of the house is the primary living space with the open floor plan in the kitchen, living and dining rooms encourages to relax and socialize together. The fully fenced backyard is an excellent space for children and pets to run and play, the cozy fire pit nestled into the woods is situated with a great view of the entire yard. The space The main level of the house is the primary living space in addition to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and 2 full baths; it has three private bedrooms with queen size beds, a fold down murphy bed in the living room, and two fold out chairs for extra sleeping space. Two bedrooms have patio access outside into the fully fenced backyard. Downstairs you will find a social room, bunk room, full bath and game room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and private backyard. The attached garage is reserved for owner use only. Other things to note Please enter the actual number of guests (over 2 years old) when booking. The base rate is for 4 guests. There is a $25 per person per night fee for additional guests. Hilltop is pet friendly for dogs and cats. Be sure to list the number of pets in your booking. There is a $50 pet fee for up to 2 pets for your stay. If you plan to bring more than 2 pets or pets other than cats or dogs contact us before booking. Pets MUST be on leash at all times outside of the fenced back yard.
