Secluded in a rural setting that's just a few minutes from downtown Chico and Chico State college. Private guesthouse is located in a working walnut orchard, 200 feet from host's house. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea as you sit at your outdoor patio table, listening to the birds and viewing the orchard canopy. Take a stroll in the orchard or bring your bike for the short ride out to the Sacramento River. The space Set back off the street, guesthouse is surrounded by trees and open space. Very quiet and peaceful. Space is suitable for one or two adults, maximum. For meal preparation guesthouse includes refrigerator, microwave oven, a Keurig coffee maker, and electric tea pot. Guest access This guesthouse is a separate, private building. Guests have own private, lockable entrance and outdoor sitting area and abundant parking space. There is no fencing, closest neighbors are a few acres away. Other things to note • When sending your first "inquiry" or "request to book" we ask that you briefly explain what brings you to Chico and why you'd like to stay on our family's property. That way we can approve your booking more quickly. • There is only one double bed, very comfy with a memory foam topper.
