Welcome to our Burgundy stone house, a building full of character, erected at the beginning of the 20th century. With its history and old-fashioned charm, it now offers an ideal setting for moments of relaxation and conviviality with family or friends. Between the dining table, the peaceful garden and the surrounding landscapes, every corner of the house has been thought out and designed so that you can create precious memories. The space The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, there are steps to access the house and the rooms. Thanks to its 4 closed bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 8 visitors: Bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a double bed, upstairs you will find 1 bedroom with a double bed, a desk and 2 armchairs. A children's room with 2 single beds (suitable for adult size), and finally the master bedroom with a double bed, a reading area, a desk and a bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet). If necessary, a baby cot can be installed upon request. A bathroom is located on the ground floor with a large shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. On the green space side, you have access to a large garden with its fruit trees and vegetable garden. For those warmer days, enjoy our above-ground pool, or sun loungers in the shade of parasols. A plancha and barbecue are available, as well as Molkky games, net and badminton rackets for the break. Finally, bicycles will allow you to fully enjoy the surroundings of the village and beautiful walks along the Burgundy Canal. Guest access The house, terrace, swimming pool and other facilities are fully available to you. Only part of the garden is shared with the owner. Other things to note At your disposal: - Kitchen: spices, oils and vinegars. - Bathroom: hand towel, pool towel - Games: classic board games. - Reading side: complete library for any type of readers. - Swimming pool: net, rackets. - Outdoor games: molkky, badminton rackets. Note: While we love animals🐶🐱, they are not allowed. Only guests registered in the booking are allowed to stay in the house.
