This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath can comfortably sleep 8 people! Fenced-in backyard with indoor doggy door for your pet. Although inside is 100% ready for your stay, the yards and landscaping are an active work in progress. Our rock U-driveway was completed summer 2023! There are Smart TVs and PED charging stations for your devices in each of the bedrooms and living room. The renovated kitchen includes all the amenities needed for a family meal. The laundry room, including washer and dryer, is conveniently located off of the kitchen. Please note: Extra guests or party guests are not permitted at any time. There is an additional fee of $100/night per guest over the max of 8 (not including children under 2). Guest access Our guests will have access to our entire home and yards, with the exception of one closet near the kitchen and part of the closet in the master bedroom. Parking is available for 4 vehicles (or 3 vehicles and a boat!) in the U and straight driveways. Other things to note This is a fairly new property for us and while the inside is 100% ready for guests, the front and back yards are still undergoing landscaping redesign. But, the backyard is completely fenced in with a 4’-high chain link fence and is available to our guests and their pet(s)!
