2nd floor of house, near BWI & UMBC - No Clean fee

Spacious & serene second floor of single family home available for rent. 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath. Enter through the front door to access the second floor. The door at the top of the stairs closes off the 2nd floor to provide additional privacy. No cleaning fee. Located near Baltimore. Short drive to Washington, D.C. 1/2 mile from 695. 10 miles from BWI. 2.5 miles from University of Maryland Baltimore County. 1 sweet, well-behaved dog lives on property but no access to rented space. The space Cape Cod style house in a family neighborhood with abundent street parking. The home's dogs have free access in the main level. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and laundry facilities. There is a dedicated cabinet in the kitchen for guests as well as room in the fridge. During your stay I live and work on property. I'm social but busy. I leave it to my guests on how much they want to interact. Other things to note I really enjoy hosting people from all around the world in my home, but it is my side gig. So although I work from home, my ability to be flexible about check in time is limited. If you need a special accommodation for check in time, please inquire as soon as you know prior to day of check in. Additionally, access to the home is controlled by an app that connects to the lock. I do not provide physical keys to the home. If temporarily installing an app on your phone is not agreeable, this may not be the place for you. Thank you for understanding as this is a personal safety requirement for me. An alternative I can offer is to be available to let you in personally. During the week this shouldn't be an issue, but may be cumbersome on the weekend. I do personally check guests in as I need to introduce them to my dog. She is the welcome committee. :) Once introduced, of course come and go at your leisure.
