You must book at least 4 hours in advance, and it is subject to availability, which means that it may not be available at the time you choose if you give last-minute notice or if your booking is last minute. This accommodation is exclusively for resting and having a quiet time during your visit to Lima. Visitors are not allowed inside the apartment. You can only receive them in the building's lobby. Security personnel will inform us if these rules are not followed, and we will proceed to cancel your booking. - The pool is free of charge for all the residents of the condominium, to be exploited it is important to see the availability and the times ( Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, 1 hour of use per day with mandatory reservation and at least 4 hours in advance). - The apartment is in a residential building, so it is subject to regulations and rules of coexistence imposed by the same administration, who are responsible for the availability, management of the schedules and reservations of the common areas of the condominium. -Check-in : 15:00 - 23:00 -Check out: Up to 12noon Apartment located in the middle of avenue of great importance and of high vehicular traffic.
