Huge private fenced backyard with shade, fire pit and garden. Backyard can accommodate a boat trailer or camper/RV under 24'. Walking distance to Publix, Bonefish, Fresh Kitchen, CRUNCH, Hooters, Starbucks, Whole Foods, Body Electric yoga. Note: Default - No Pets. May approve small pet? The space The spare room is on the West side of the house. The restroom door and your door are next to each other. Includes Weekly use of washer and dryer. Also includes, dishwasher in kitchen, small beverage refrigerator in your bedroom, and owner assistance for any incidentals like toiletries, laundries, etc - some of these may include fees due to past experience. The Large Backyard is approx. 40 feet wide and 25 feet deep of open area. Guests can use the home, restroom, kitchen, laundry inside the house, Sunroom outside for yoga, etc. Quiet Neighborhood with friendly neighbors, lots of dog walkers, easy access to 4th street, 9th street and 275. Ideal for a Traveling Nurse - short term, or a Senior College Student looking for a nice quiet home to study in, walk up to Starbucks or Whole Foods. Guest access The house and yard have multiple Ring cameras. The front door has a keypad and a guest code can be given - this will be given after booking and over the phone. Guests are asked to use the front door for their first check-in, and use the Ring camera if there are any questions at the door. If using the parking area, guests have a mostly private access to/from their area and can come and go within reasonable times. There is also a Ring Doorbell on the Rear fence the guest can use for access or help. Inside the house the weekday lights out request is 12pm, Weekends is 2am. During your stay I am a Saint Pete native that grew up here. I also manage a wellness business and moderate a local food blog. If you need a ride downtown or want to know some of the local attractions that are Must Do’s, or are you looking for “off the beaten path” POI's, I am happy to help you figure out where to go and what to see, etc Otherwise I generally keep to myself and if there are no requests made ahead of time, I try to have plans when others are staying with me. If you are parking a camper, your area will be mostly private, you are walking distance to grocery stores, FF eats, and just under 1 mile to Coffee Pot Bayou where I go fishing all the time. Other things to note I have hosted folks looking to stay for events only. I can arrange a nice package for such a trip including transportation to/from event (not always avail for airport P/U), help with other local POI's, RVSP's at top eateries, VIP tickets, Beach Info, etc. If you have a camper or small van/RV, the backyard parking area was cleared in January to allow for an additional living unit and is level grass and dirt. The ADU is on hold for now. There is outdoor seating, a firepit, and a partially-private yard area to enjoy. Note: there are 2 neighbors next to the property. Note: Only 2 guests allowed onsite at all times, including others not in your party. If planning on meeting up, please arrange with host as there have been past experiences. This is a quiet, calm place.
