Abundant natural light with floor to ceiling windows. 2 Master Suites each with private bathrooms. Free parking in front yard. Fits about 3-4 vehicles. Free street parking as well. The home has a total of 3 visible security cameras on the exterior of the home. 2 in the front yard that only show the front yard view and 1 in the back that only shows the entire backyard view, which includes the pool. The cameras cannot view indoors, nor are there cameras indoors. Please read Pool heater disclaimer in “other things to note”. Swim season is best from June 1 - October 31. The water is chilly from mid-November through most of May. Linden Park is within a 3-5 minute walk from the house. Local coffee shops and restaurants are within a 10-12 minute walks. Guest access Entire home Other things to note Pool Heater Disclaimer: We do have a solar power heater, so it’s ideal for Tucson since on average it is sunny year round. We cannot with certainty guarantee, that the water will be hot enough to swim every day. This depends entirely on the weather, how sunny it is and how warm the air is outdoors. On average pool heaters will get the pool to be anywhere between 5 degrees hotter than the outside temperature. As it relates to nighttime swimming, the solar powered heater does rely on the sun to produce the hot water so it will not pump hot water at night. It may stay warm earlier in the evening depending on how warm it was during the day. Pool Cleaning: The pool is cleaned every Friday. Upon request, extra cleanings will cost an additional $100 to the tenants.
