This spacious 3 bedroom mid century house is in a scenic neighborhood of Golden Valley, right across from Wirth Park. 6 min to downtown and uptown, close to 3 lakes, right on the city's biking and skiing trails. Across the street is Mpls's largest park system and a beach. In winter, ski from there to a nearby park lodge and hop into a mobile sauna. A large private yard, a fireplace and proximity to urban life and nature makes this perfect a vacation or a business trip. Guests 18 and over only. The space Welcome to our contemporary/mid century modern home which is centrally located 2.5 miles from The North Loop, Uptown and West End shopping/dining. Located in the upscale Golden Valley neighborhood, it is surrounded by the Minneapolis Parks System and within a walking distance to the closest beach (and the city bike station), bike trails, running paths, ski trails, golf courses, wild flower and bird nature gardens. Step out of the house onto the bike trail and in 15 minutes enjoy bars, restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. Main level has one bedroom, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining room, a music room with a Yamaha piano, office space with a view, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub on the main level. The shower is located on the lower level. There is NO SHOWER on the main level. 2 teen bedrooms and a rec room with a TV are on the lower level as well. While the teen bedrooms are private and separate, the layout between them is railroad style. The house is our residence when not rented to guests, the original Airbnb style, so some storage is marked as “Private”. Its priced accordingly ♥️ Last buts not least, guests have off-street parking in the driveway, a large private backyard with 2 decks, a grill and laundry in the basement. The kitchen is outfitted with an induction stove top and a Breville espresso machine for a freshly groundhe cup of coffee in the morning. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home aside the garage. The driveway accommodates two cars. Although this is rare, we reserve the right to quickly access the garage, once a week for stays longer than 10 days.
