This large home has been entirely renovated, including the following; New flooring, granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, built in with small counter top appliances included. All new kitchen equipment and utensils are also included for up to 30 guests. Carpets are brand new around the whole house as well as all the furniture inside and outside of the house. Everything was selected by a professional interior designer. There is also new paint all around the inside and outside of the house. This fantastic lake front home has the following amenities: Approximately 5600 square feet interior space and 4000 square feet deck space , 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, Living room/family room, Central heat and air, New private dock, 3 big private decks looking over the water, Outdoor dining deck with outdoor furniture. All New Cal-King and Queen beds with New luxury mattresses and linens. Two TVs with Roku streaming services. High speed internet access with WiFi included throughout the whole house. Enjoy lake views to the north, south and west.The open dining area has patio sliders that open onto the expensive decking. This home features 2 fireplaces with slate surround -one in the great room and a second in the family room on the lower level. Located in beautiful Pine Mountain Lake, a popular gated community just 23 miles from Yosemite National Park. Enjoy golf on the 18 hole course, play tennis at one of several courts, fly in at the County Airport “ One site”, pay a visit to the equestrian center for a leisurely horse back ride. This is the place to be.. go boating, fishing and swimming in the private lake and with this home you have your personal dock and water frontage. *HOUSE RULES*-ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO STAY AT THE HOUSE DURING THE NIGHT AND DAY TIME! We would like for you to enjoy your party or event with only the amount of guests that are registered to this property. No animals allowed to stay in the house.. WILL MONITOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE STAYING AT THE PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES! If we notice that there are more guests then what was registered for the stay, we will kindly ask you to leave the property but with the responsibility for paying for the entire vacation time booked. You are more then welcomed to pay 150 dollars per night for every guest that is over registered or we will charge you ourselves from your security deposit. Please do not use the bath towels outside of the house! NO SMOKING PLEASE!- This is a smoke free home. If you smoke, we ask that you smoke outside and be sure that the smoke is not flowing back into the house through open windows, doors and sliders. We allow up to 20 guests but if your party is larger then please contact the home owner! THIS IS MANDATORY! WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE OF OMISSION OF NUMBER OF PEOPLE All items that are stolen or lost will be charged for from your security deposit. All furniture and house items that get broken or tampered with will also result in a charge from your security deposit. No more then the registered number of vehicles allowed! NO EXCEPTIONS! We will not authorize unregistered vehicles! NOTE: Your safety matters.One exterior security camera is located on the front drive and another is located in the backyard.The cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
