Featuring a huge backyard leading to the waterfront where you can go fishing off the private jetty or launch the kayaks, it’s the perfect spot for unwinding with friends & family or hosting intimate gatherings. It’s pet friendly and also has a trampoline, fire pit and cubby house - an absolute heaven for kids and a place for grown ups to relax and enjoy. The space On the Central Coast just 1.5 hours from Sydney is this relaxing peaceful escape suitable for 1-2 families or a group of friends. - Large deck overlooking the grassy backyard - a great spot to watch the kids play or bounce on the trampoline - Private jetty for fishing and launching kayaks - Fabulous entertaining areas with BBQ, campfire for toasting marshmallows - Huge grassy backyard to just sit back and take nature in - short drive to nearby beaches, restaurants, hikes, and cycling tracks - Nearby attractions include Norah Head Beach & rock pools, Soliders beach, Budgewoi beach and shared foreshore pathway, walking tracks in Munmorah and Wallarah national parks - shops only minutes away This place has a truly fascinating history. You’ll notice 3 gypsy caravans on site which were hand made by the previous owner. The huge backyard previously hosted an annual gypsy festival to celebrate International Romani day. The backyard is really the highlight - from the moment you step into it you will feel like you have escaped into your own little paradise. The recently renovated house retains its vintage fixtures and furniture, including coloured stained glass windows and lighting pendants throughout. Clean, fresh, and functional, the house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The cottage has 3 bedrooms with the layout as follows: Bedroom 1 (main): 1 double bed + cot Bedroom 2 (family/kids): 1 triple bunk (double & single), 1 single trundle Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (can be put together side by side) This is our family holiday house so we have set it up with everything that you and your guests will need to feel comfortable. Kids will love the trampoline, jetty, gypsy cubby house, kayaks, and fishing opportunities. Come and make your own memories here with your family and friends. *Please Note: Second bathroom is outside. * The front 2 Gypsy caravans are not included in this booking but may be rented for an extra fee. Whether you book them or not, the whole place is yours as they will not be rented to anyone else during your stay. Guest access Entire house and backyard including private jetty, one gypsy caravan hangout space. No garage space but carport may fit a small vehicle. Gypsy caravans at the front of the house are NOT included in this booking. If you would like to book them, please let us know and we can arrange this for you. The caravans will never be rented out to anyone else other than in your group, so the whole property is yours to enjoy. Other things to note The backyard is a direct waterfront property.
