(finished room over garage) is situated on a peaceful country road minutes from both Oswego & Fulton. The space includes a shower, towel warmer, smart toilet seat w/ bidet, microwave, Keurig, fridge, & snacking essentials. Enjoy seasonal access to our hot tub, fire pit, & pergola w/ outdoor seating. The space * Please note I require a fully completed profile including a photo of you in order to book. I also require at least one POSITIVE review from another host but will consider unreviewed guests on a case by case scenario, but you must have a very thorough profile. This is a F.R.O.G. (finished room over garage). A beautiful, 28x15 room in the country in Minetto, overlooking a 17 acre pear orchard. It has a queen bed, small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster and sink, a sitting area, hi-top dining table for two, a custom built shower, toilet with full electronic bidet, large TV with streaming essentials, and WiFi. Access to the back yard and hot tub seasonally with outdoor courtyard and covered deck with a year-round if you brave the elements) seven person Bahama Spa hot tub. An air mattress is available for a third or possibly 4th person, but the suite is ideal for two. **You must be able to ascend and descend a full flight of stairs.** Check in is with the host in person, to acclimate you to the space and its amenities. Private access through the garage. This is a beautiful space! Guest access Host will check you in personally and acclimate you to the space. We will arrange a time for your arrival where I will be able to meet you here at my home and get you settled in the space. Other things to note I am a chef and restaurant owner.
