This house can comfortably sleep 8 guests with room to spare and to share, just make sure they are on this approved list! Full starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry pods, and bathroom essentials Kitchen fully equipped with silverware, pots, pans, spices, oils, and plates you need to prepare any meal, but let’s be real…it's Vegas. Had a rough night at the club? The living room, and two bedrooms come furnished with a Smart TVs where you'll be able to Netflix and recover. In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: A full washer and dryer, iron, blow dryer, towels, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, kids pack n play, high chair, oxygen and more. All utilities are included and no extra cost! This house is located less than 3 miles from the center of the Las Vegas Strip (Caesars Palace and Bellagio). The pool is NOT heated, but still refreshing in the summer, and it's still perfect to catch some sun with a beautiful view year round even in the winter months Guest access Full access to the entire property including front courtyard, back yard and garage Other things to note Parking should be directly in front of the property or in the driveway. Please don't park in front of the mailbox. EV charger outlet is in the garage and there is no cable so please bring your own. It's a 15-50 NEMA outlet This is a quiet house in a very quiet neighborhood so parties, events, or large unruly gatherings are NOT permitted. • There are 6 outdoor perimeter security cameras on property that are being recorded for my safety and for the property safety. These cameras are ONLY on the exterior, none are located inside. I have a ping pong table in the garage, so please utilize driveway parking and street parking in front of the house **Use the pool at your own risk, there is no life guard** I have extra locks on the back door and a gate to keep little ones safe but it's your responsibility. • There is a noise monitor called NOISEAWARE to help keep the neighborhood peaceful so no neighbors are disturbed (and no fees are incurred). It’s only active during quiet hours (10pm-8am). It alerts me when ambient sound levels reach a certain threshold that would possibly disturb the neighbors. Guests are notified to prevent possible noise complaints from neighbors. Failure to comply with the noise warnings will result in immediate eviction from the property, your stay canceled, and forfeiting deposit and nightly rate. Registration Details Exempt
