PLAZA is OKC's best arts districts & only a 3 block walk to delicious food, world class street art, coffee, local shops, festivals, live music, & more. Downtown OKC is 5 min drive! The space The guesthouse was built in 2022 including insulation in every wall to ensure a quiet space. Included is free wifi, free street parking that is always available directly in front of main house (unfortunately we can’t accommodate vehicles in our driveway at anytime), free in unit laundry, central AC/heat, private access. This unit is on the second story with an outside staircase. The space is great for families, couples, business travelers, or longer stays with a full washer and dryer in the unit, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, including a bath tub, and a full sized kitchen with pantry. You can enjoy coffee on the balcony if you need to retreat or take a short walk to the Plaza District if you are craving entertainment and adventure. Upon request, we can provide kids toys, games, pack-n-play with a blackout tent, highchair, and a baby gate, if needed. Please request when you make the reservation. Please note that we provide an unlimited amount of some supplies and a limited amount of other supplies. Please review the lists below so you can appropriately prepare for your stay. We don't provide shampoo, conditioner, or body soap. The guesthouse is detached from the main house with a completely private entry. Please be aware that will not have access to the driveway or garage for your vehicle at anytime. Other things to note This location is great for a visit to downtown OKC. It is about a 10 minute drive to the Paycom Center. If you want to avoid downtown parking hassles and enjoy beverages while you are out, we are within walking distance of OKC's new Northwest Bus Rapid Transit line. The closest stop is at NW 18th and Classen which is a .7 mile (15 min) walk going west on NW 19th street to Classen Blvd. The transit line will take you downtown as far south as Broadway and Park.
