Quiet independent studio with private terrace & swimming pool Welcome to our charming independent studio, located next to our family villa, in a peaceful and pleasant environment, perfect for recharging your batteries and exploring the area. The space Perfectly equipped for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It includes: an open bedroom area with a 140 cm double bed, an equipped kitchen, a small BA, a cozy living room with a sofa and TV, and a bar area for having your meals indoors. Outside, you can enjoy a private, shaded and secluded terrace. You have a view of the pool, which you can also enjoy. A parking space is available for your use, with an electric gate and a surveillance camera. The studio has everything you need for a comfortable vacation: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, juicer, toaster, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, Herbes de Provence, coffee and tea provided on arrival. You will also find: Shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, cotton, cotton swabs, a new sponge, dishwashing liquid, dish towels, a new sponge, microfiber cloth, toilet paper and garbage bags. In case of absence, a key box is available to facilitate your self check-in. When you check out, we simply ask that you leave the bathroom and kitchen clean, as well as empty the garbage cans and remove the sheets. Ideal location The studio is located in a charming little village with all amenities: supermarket, bakery, tobacconist/newspaper stand, bars and restaurants. The village is served by buses (with few trips, it is preferable to have a vehicle). Come and enjoy a quiet stay in Pujaut, a stone's throw from Avignon, known for its festival, and the famous Pont du Gard. A perfect location to discover Provence while enjoying a peaceful environment. Guest access ⚠️ Information regarding children For safety reasons related to the pool, which is not secured and has direct access from the studio, unfortunately we cannot accommodate children of walking age. Babies under 1 year old are allowed, as well as children aged 10 and over. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
