Brave Bear is a beautifully crafted, newly constructed 700sf cottage nestled within Sanctuary Hills, a peaceful Christian retreat property just minutes from Blaine, TN. Located only 30 minutes from Neyland Stadium in Knoxville and just over an hour to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. The space The Brave Bear Cottage is designed for a comfortable and beautiful retreat. Up the front steps is the front porch where you'll find rocking chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee with the sunrise in the rolling hills of East Tennessee! Upon entry, you are greeted with the living room with a fireplace, TV, sleeper sofa, recliner, and coffee table. Large windows are located on two of the three walls of the living room. Next to living room is a small cozy space with a table and four chairs to dine. The front of the Cottage is surrounded by windows for a perfect view of Perrin Hollow and the Smokies just beyond the horizon. Abundant, beautiful natural light floods this space! There is a fully functioning kitchen, equipped with a bar and three stools, a dishwasher, stove and burners, coffee maker, refrigerator, silverware, pots, pans, knives, cooking utensils, cutting board, salt and pepper, oil, cups, coffee cups, bowls, and plates. Find all that you need to comfortably cook any meal! Through the hall, you'll find a nook with shelving, a microwave, and cabinets to store your food and snacks! A few steps to the right is the bedroom with a cozy queen bed, two bedside tables with lamps, and a closet to store clothing and suitcases. Exiting the bedroom to the right is the laundry room/utility closet. The small space provides additional storage for food, and a washer and dryer are available for use behind those doors! Directly across from the bedroom is the bathroom with a sink and cabinets, a mirror, toilet, and bathtub/shower. The cottage is cleaned between every stay, and you are sure to have a freshly made bed with clean linens, the bathroom cabinets fully stocked with clean towels and hand rags. Guest access At the Sanctuary Hills entrance, go up the paved driveway and Brave Bear Cottage will be the first cottage on your left. Look for a the “Brave Bear” sign on the cottage. Parking on on the asphalt, to the right of the cottage. You can enter up the porch steps to the front door.
