To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, generator, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, baby bassinet - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue, bar, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 5-6 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor.  - AC, Wi-Fi and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - All rooms have king-sized beds. BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - All bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas, geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor.  - It offers comfortable seating for up to 18 people and features sofas and bean bags. It is equipped with Wi-Fi. - There is a separate dining room on the outdoor patio, on the ground floor. It offers seating for up to 8 people.  - There is a lush green lawn with an attached gazebo.  - It is 400 sq. ft. in size and is equipped with seating arrangements for up to 10 people. - There is a private swimming pool with pool floats and pool loungers.  - Guests can also enjoy their favourite drinks in the bar area.  KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - It is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery and cutlery.  - Non-veg cooking and consumption is allowed. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug. Guest access GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members at an additional cost. The charges for the same are the same as an extra person charge. The staff will be accommodated in the living area/kitchen. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn and embrace its beauty or relax in the hammock. Guests can make the most of the bar area. They can also relish a barbecue meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up.  ADDITIONAL COSTS - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per use.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
