Keep it simple at this peaceful place in Pagosa Springs. We are only a 10-minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs where you can find good and quaint restaurants, along the San Juan River. Here you will also find the hot springs, a must while in Pagosa! The bedroom and bath are on the second floor, and are completely private, with sweet views of mountains and pine trees. You can find freshly brewed coffee down stairs and available at 7am, daily. Permit #036278 The space This bedroom is totally private, has one bed (King size), a smart TV, with a small fridge and microwave. Great for 2 guests. If you have an additional (3rd) guest or a child, we can offer a small mattress during your stay, just need to let us know ahead of time so that we can set it up. Coffee and tea are available downstairs. While you are here, we truly want you to feel comfortable and at home. Guest access Upon arrival you will be provided a key so that you may come and go as you please. As soon as you enter the house there is a mud room, where you can choose to leave your shoes. Once you enter the second door, there is a staircase to the left, and that will lead you straight up to your private bedroom and bath. Other things to note Details on how to get in will be provided upon communication of your arrival. We live with a sweet and corgi/Chihuaha mix and recently added a our sweet red heeler mix puppy to the family. Neither of them are allowed upstairs, so no worries about them being in your space. Our pup is still in training, so we may keep him away from visiting dogs until he is fully trained. Dogs need to approve before booking. 2 max per stay. Also, if you are bringing a dog, we just ask that they are friendly and well-behaved. Our dogs can be skittish sometimes, and bark when playing with other dogs, just a heads up. Thank you!
