TAILLEFER bedroom: You rent 1 private bedroom with TV, 10 m2 (you rent a private sleeping room, not the full apartment), 15 min by tram from the train station and the center, in a 78 m2 4 bedroom, on an elevated ground floor. All shops within 100 m. 2 powder rooms I wanted to make it a dynamic and friendly shared apartment. The apartment operates on a self-booking basis, you won't see me. 3 other rooms available. Feel free to move a few streets away. It is very difficult to find spaces at the end of the day, as parking is free, people tend to abuse it. Don't try to park as close as possible, but go a little further. If the cancellation is made within 2 hours everything will be refunded, if within 5 hours half will be refunded, if beyond 12 hours there will be no refund. I wanted to make this apartment a warm and friendly place like a Surf house - Guest house with private room, and everything else available to everyone.
