Sunny guest accomodation offers a wonderful place to stay in the mountains. The large, walled garden and pool provide an ideal place to relax. Madrid is just a 35 minute drive away. Please note that the price varies according to the number of people visiting. The space The accommodation is located in the garden of the property where we live. It is a large, sunny space. which offers our guests total privacy. The garden provides both sunny and shady areas all day long during the summer months, with garden furniture that can be moved into or out of the sun as desired. Guest access The guests have access to the swimming pool (July -August) and the main part of the garden. Other things to note In compliance with Royal Decree 2312/2024, this accommodation is not offered as tourist accommodation, but as a temporary rental accommodation intended needed for personal or family reasons, studies, work, medical appointments, or other non-tourist purposes. The accommodation is registered accordingly. Upon arrival, you will need to sign a brief rental agreement stating that your stay is for a non-tourist purpose. You do not need to provide documentation to justify this reason. The accommodation can be booked for periods ranging from two nights to several weeks, adapting to your needs. This is a legal procedure that will not affect your stay in any way.
