Description
This is my home, but it is available for 2 to 3 months rent during my absences. Comfortable two bedroom apartment (one double, one single) with open plan living area and expansive green views over the south Parklands. Fully equipped with whatever you could need for cooking, cleaning, shopping and even picnicking. Close to Central Markets, with easy access to all of Adelaide by tram or bus. Private parking for one car. The space I am generally absent from mid June to September and from mid December to March. Contact me for exact dates. I cannot let for a period shorter than 2 months, as it is forbidden under the building rules. The living area is spacious, with fabulous views over green parklands gardens. It is open to the kitchen, which has ample cupboards and a pantry, and is equipped with a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and all the pots and pans and plates and glasses you could need. The dining table seats six. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed (known as king size in UK) with a choice of bedding according to the season. It has a large wardrobe with sliding doors. The second bedroom has a king single, again with a choice of bedding, and a built in desk. It also houses a collection of art jigsaws, should you be looking for a pastime! The bathroom has a rainfall shower and a plug-in heater. The living area and bedrooms have reverse cycle heating and cooling on separate zones. The building security is excellent. Guest access You can use the whole space. I usually leave my clothes in the wardrobe in the smaller bedroom and maybe a small case in some out of the way place, but you will be able to use all of the main wardrobe (plenty of hangers provided) and drawers. Other things to note You will be given 2 sets of keys with access cards which are required to get into the apartment. The access cards are expensive, so there is a fee of $150 if you lose a set of keys.
