Accommodation in a photo studio, private toilet/shower

Accommodation in a small photo studio with a private shower and toilet. Own entrance and patio. With a fridge and microwave, but without a kitchen. ***Attention: There is currently construction noise from the neighboring property. *** We have lowered the prices because of the construction noise. It's the cheapest accommodation with a private bathroom/WC that you can find in the area! The space You will be staying in an accommodation with your own shower and toilet. Access to the private toilet is through a shared laundry room. The washing machine can be used. FOOD: There is a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and water cooker. However, there are no hotplates. The microwave with baking function should be sufficient for you. There are a few plates, cups, glasses and silverware. PARKING: Small cars can be parked right in front of the house in a private parking space. Large cars can be parked in free parking spaces in the neighborhood. For medium-sized cars, I may be able to move some cars around and make room so that you can also park in front of the house. If you are unsure, please indicate your car make and model in your booking request. CONSTRUCTION NOISE: Construction noise is to be expected on workdays (Monday to Friday) between 7 am and 6 pm. Please do not deduct points because of the construction noise. After all, it is the cheapest accommodation with a private bathroom/WC in the entire region. IMPORTANT: Have you read this far? Then you know that there is no kitchen. Unfortunately, I keep getting booking requests from people who expect a kitchen. So that I know you have read this far, please provide the following information when making a booking request: 1) First names and gender of all guests, 2) Indicate whether you will be arriving by car or public transportation, 3) If applicable, also the length of the car (or make and model), 4) Confirm that you are aware of the construction noise. Guest access Possibility for self-check-in with key safe. Parking for small cars right in front of the house. Large cars can be parked free of charge in the neighborhood (white parking spaces). Other things to note WEEKEND: We are often not present on Saturdays and Sundays. If you want to check in on a Saturday or Sunday, you must be able to check in yourself. There is a video camera at the main entrance that we can use to communicate if needed. However, since there are other residents in the house, check-in must be before 10:00 PM. Only book an arrival on a Saturday or Sunday if you meet these conditions. PHOTO STUDIO: The accommodation can be converted into a small photo studio in about 15 minutes. If you would like to use the studio during your stay, you can use the studio flashes and equipment for a fee.
