The Kiski River Cottage Retreat

Location, location, location! This cozy cottage is located on the banks of the Kiski River right next to the historic walking bridge in Leechburg. Walking distance to downtown Leechburg. Close to several recreational boat launches and outfitters as well as biking and hiking trails. Also close to popular wedding venues. It is 45 minutes to downtown Pittsburgh. Great covered front porch, good size kitchen with a built in stove and oven set in the peninsula seating. Coffee bar included. The living room's large open space with a new streaming 40 inch tv and updated comfy couch, loveseat and recliner. Main bedroom is a true queen bed (60" wide), full closet, desk (for work or can be used as vanity, dresser and chair, the second room can be a den or second bedroom: dresser, pull out single bed sleeper couch and a closet. The upstairs is 2 more rooms (front room has a full futon and the back room has 2 twin beds) both have low ceilings more conducive for children or teenagers to sleep if needed. We call it the bonus rooms. There is one bathroom with a newly tiled shower. This is a great peaceful rental and we aim to make it family oriented. Off street parking for 4 cars. The back yard includes fire pit and seating. The front porch is cozy for conversation. WiFi installed for streaming. Guest access Guest will have access to the main floor and bonus rooms upstairs, backyard and river access (The river bank is steep and should be navigated carefully) Other things to note The Kiski River is so known for relaxing floats and excellent fishing.
