Welcome to your home away from home! Relax and enjoy the entire home excluding the basement, the 3 spacious bedrooms sleeps up to 6 people. There's central heating for the cold season and airconditioning for the hot Alberta season. The beds are comfortable with soft and clean linens. Clean towels are provided for each registerd guest and there's an office space for the remote worker. We adhere to all COVID-19 cleaning protocols as dictated by the Airbnb, and provide hand sanitizer, disinfectant and other cleaning supplies for your stay. Relax in the living space with fast Wifi, Smart TV with local and international programs and News. There's something for every member of your family from Netflix to Disney+ and everything in-between. Our guests have access to the entire home excluding the basement, there's nobody in the basement so, you have your privacy. Parking is available on the drive way and there are lots of parking spots on the street. Self check-in with door code, and exterior cameras for your safety. Garage parking for a car can be negotiated. While I am a text or phone call away, and very responsive to your questions, you lead how you want to be interacted with. Bus stops are few minutes away from our home. Ample free parkings are available on the street. Taxi, Uber and food deliveries are also easily accessible. NO parties or large gathering allowed on the property please, and NO smoking, doing drugs, or Pets on the property! Only registered guests are allowed in and around the property. Absolutely, no noise or loud music after 8 pm. We take cleanliness very seriously so we are careful to ensure that all utencils, linens and towels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Please empty the garbage and put them in the appropriate garbage carts located outside of the home. Extra garbage bags are provided, but please ask if you require more. Garbage are to be separated as follows: * Blue bags for recyled items * Brown compost bags for food scraps goes in the green cart outside the home. * White and black garbage bags for other garbage goes in the black cart outside the home. Please load dirty dishes into the dish washer and start the dish washer before checking out, dish detergent and pods are provided.
