Bring the whole family home with lots of room for fun. Three bedrooms with a second living room in the back of the house. A kitchen a chef would love. There is a room located upstairs with a full bathroom that is able to be closed off from the rest of the house, a perfect mother-in-law suite. The wooded view off of the backyard is absolutely the most peaceful part of this house. Three mins from SAFB. Pet friendly w/ fee Other things to note the house is located on a few acres but right off of the main road. with the property being backed up on the woods, its safe to say that the seasonal bugs like stink bugs may enter the property (not an infestation but just a few) here in the midwest, we are used to them, but wanted to shed light for our tenants who are not, don't be alarmed by them as they just want light and warmth. as long as you don't crush them, they won't "stink". it has plenty of parking up and downstairs. the property has window units throughout and in every room to bring comfort to all spaces. they are taped up and secure but please do not pull on them (or allow small children to push or pull on them). trust they are secured into the window, we just want to ensure we are keeping everyone safe. there is a BBQ pit in the back yard. tools are in the kitchen near the fridge to clean and cook with. it's there for you to be able to enjoy but please ensure you clean it after use. we provide all the tools necessary to keep it nice for the next guests.
