Located in beautiful downtown Port Colborne steps away from the canal and situated in the world famous Niagara wine region, there are plenty of sights to see all within a short drive. Tour wineries or see the falls, no matter what you will have home away from home when you are staying at “The Flat” The space “The Flat” is a beautifully designed, fully furnished two bedroom apartment found on the upper floor of a 4 multi unit building. The apartment has several design features to leave you gasping in awe as soon as you walk in the unit with our custom “it was all a dream” selfie moss wall feature. Don’t forget to hashtag #STAYPANDA for discounts to your stay. Follow the stairwell to heaven upstairs to a bright, well designed living area with 55” Roku tv and designer furniture. You will also find the dining area, office nook and the exit to the rooftop patio. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essential to start a beautiful meal for you or other guests. Don’t worry about the washing dishes by hand with undercounted dishwasher. Enjoy our full bathroom with shower and tub and bright led mirror for when you get ready. You will also find in house washing machine and dryer. Relax and rejuvenate in either of our romantic bedrooms. The master has a queen size canopy four poster bed and the second room with light wall and another queen sized memory foam bed. It took all our power not to move in to this gem of a unit.. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have. New in 2023 to the property. HOT TUB TIME!!! The hot tub can be found at the rear of the building. It is shared between guests that stay at any of our units. Please time use on your own and be considerate for other guests. Guest access The full apartment is your to use during your stay.. there is also a fire pit in the back corner of the parking lot you can use along with a bbq found beside the white shed. Other things to note Blue Panda Properties can also provide in house catering, private dinners and cooking classes.
