Cozy Country Get Away Suite

If you're passing through town on your travels or a local looking for a private get away, this is the perfect place to kick back, relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. You can sit by the fire, look across to see fireflies in the field or tilt your head back to have an amazing star-gazing experience. A one of a kind property to make memories with friends, family, or for a special romantic get away. Access to 93 acres with trails to walk or mountain bike on, fields to wander through and wildlife. The space The main bed is queen size and the couch can be converted into a double size bed. There are extra pillows, sheets and blankets provided. The property is out in the country so be prepared for mud on rainy days and bugs on sunny days. There is bug spray, basic cleaning supplies, towels + wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and tooth paste provided. There is some coffee pods, sugar and powdered creamer to get you through the first morning or two there. There is black out curtains so you can sleep in as late as you like. Slippers are always nice to have as the floors tend to be a bit cooler as the temperature drops. Guest access This spacious studio inside is equipped with a dart board, foozeball table, a smart TV, games, books, and some toys for younger kids to enjoy. The outside has 2 tree swings, JUMBO yard connect 4, a trampoline, a brand-new fire pit with chairs, access to the pavilion with a Blackstone grill, trails to do a nature walk for the outdoorsy types and of course wild life. No smoking inside the unit. $250 fee will be charged if smoking has been detected inside. Other things to note The cozy cottage sits at the back of the property behind the main house. You can park in the designated driveway exclusive to the cottage. No smoking inside the unit. There is a $250 smoking cleaning fee if it has been detected inside the unit. During muddy season we recommend mud boots.
