We are in one of the nicest and cleanest communities in Homestead. The neighborhood is one of the oldest and most beautiful, well kept, with lush south Florida landscaping. Our village’s streets are named after birds for its fame of housing many exotic birds all around. The neighborhood is extremely safe and very quiet with very low traffic. The love and passion will be felt and seen within seconds of entering. Our cozy home includes two full bedrooms with their own independent ac systems and televisions, two full bathrooms, a living space with a 75 inch TV with Netflix, an Xbox for the young ones, board games, a fully ready kitchen, coffee equipment, a laundry room, gym equipment, two bicycles and a full backyard and patio with a barbecue grill. We have a side yard that has space for a boat that can be launched on the marina 15 minutes away from our home. There is a park with a lake ready for a picnic, a basketball court and a tennis court within a 15 minute walk from our home. Walking trails can be found around the neighborhood as well. There is a dog park within a 5 minute drive from our home. Our location is efficiently located from some of the most popular activities in Miami like NASCAR TRACK (5 minutes away), EVERGLADES (15 minutes away), FLORIDA KEYS (30 minutes away), and a local beach/marina (15 min away) Other things to note We have worked extremely hard on our first home and we do request to treat this home as if it were your own. We expect mutual respect and honesty. We have left extra supplies that may be used during your stay and we do request that if used more than someone normally would to kindly replenish what was taken. We expect that the group respect the calm neighborhood by remaining quiet and peaceful during the stay. We do not allow parties in our residence whatsoever .
