1 Bedroom with own living area shower / toilet

1 bedroom with queen size bed and one bathroom (with shower and toilet no bath) and living area all upstairs in newly built house. You will be sharing some parts of the house with owner who has a bedroom downstairs. You will have your own bedroom with lock, bathroom with shower and toilet and lock, and upstairs living area. The house has a kitchen downstairs you may access and use. Recovery and LGBTIQA+ friendly so you'll keep coming back ;o) The space Your bedroom has a wardrobe with hanging space and you may use the furniture in the room to store your clothes and belongings. You may use the washing machine and clothesline if you need to wash clothes. A towel and bed linen are all provided. If you need an iron and ironing board you may use the owners. In the upstairs living area you have a comfortable couch with TV that has Apple TV. The owner a 47yo male lives downstairs. You may access the kitchen downstairs and share this space with owner, being mindful that it is his house. On arrival you will be given an access card for the front door. A $50 replacement fee applies if this is lost. Guest access Upstairs bedroom, living area and bathroom as pictured is your exclusive space. During your stay Owner is available by mobile. Pls call is you need a quick response as I dont have message notifications on my phone. Other things to note 10 minute drive from the airport towards the city. 5 minute Uber or taxi to city. 150 metres from the linear park bike track so you can walk / ride to the city in 10 mins or Henley Beach in 25. 250 metres from the Brickworks shopping centre (Big W, Woolworths and lots of specialty and food stores) A walk to the Gov or Entertainment Centre for a gig or free tram to the city will take you 10 minutes. A walk to Hindmarsh Stadium for the soccer will take 6 minutes. Close to the North South Motorway meaning the Barossa Valley is a 45 minute drive (no traffic lights either).
