A porch to sit and have coffee. A bbq. Laundry. A clean remodeled bathroom located inside the house. I have two roomate that are very nice people. You will have to park on tge street. You can load and unload in the driveway. There is a breakfast bar and a coffee bar for bnb guests inside the house. Its a small building in the back yard. All new inside and out. It is surrounded by trees. There's a decent size porch in the back with comfortable seating and tables. a gas bbq and a bow flex and a setupboard. I turn on tge colored hanging lights on the porch for the bnb every night. you also have your own porch light if you need it. The bed is a trundle bed. We are located on a cultisac that runs off a dead end street. To access the BNB. As you head up the driveway there will be yellow arrow on the left side pointing to a concrete sidewalk runing along the front of the house.. The sidewalk will have footlights at night. Follow the sidewalk around until you come to a gate to open the gate there is a metal wire toward the top right of the gate. Pull on the wire. Walk through the gate and up the steps on the porch. Go across the porch to the other side. The yellow building on the left is the BNB. Let me know when you are coming in the winter and i will put the heater on for you and turn on the BNB porch light. I have a washer and dryer to use inside the house. The bathroom is inside the house. Go up on the porch and enter the back door to the house. Which you will access from the porch. The bathroom is to the right as you go through the door. It has a sign on the door that says "bathroom." The kitchen is available to use. you are welcome to sit on the porch and relax. its beautiful in the back yard. The bathroom is super nice. All new inside. You will have your own private entrance. You can call or text or come in the house if you need anything. For the most part its a quiet area. Its on a cultisac off of a dead end street. The surrounding area is a huge tourist sight. Tahoe is about 20 minutes from here. Virginia City is 15 to 20 minutes. Back road through the desert. Reno is about 20 minutes. lived her 35 years. I think its the best place to live. I take the back roads throughthe hill to Virginia city. Almost always see wild horses when I go. My suggestion. In a jeep. You can go off road and explore anytime you want. Or a dual sport motorcycle. There is so much to explore. The building was built for a bnb. the interior is 9 feet by 9 feet. A standard bedroom is 10x11. I built it 9x9 because there was a tree there and a fence. That was all the room I had. It is well insulated and built better than my house
