It has been modernized and updated for comfort. This is a safe neighborhood, but not all our great neighbors have the means to update their century old homes. Not all the homes in our neighborhood are therefore “pretty” to look at and hope you extend them some grace. It’s still nice to sit on Front porch and look at the mountains. We are around the corner from Fort Bliss and the I-54 and you can see some mountains on the front porch. Our front porch is covered and cemented. There are 4 steps to get onto the porch and into the house. There is a detached studio in a back corner. This hosts other tenants. Please do not disturb. Other things to note For your safety and security, Vivint Home Security monitors all entrances to the property with EXTERIOR doorbell cameras. There are four stairs to get into the house. There is NO functional backyard as the space is tiny. But the front porch is awesome to sit at. There is a separate and detached studio in the back corner of the lot. It is private and fenced in. Studio on the back lot is not to be disturbed as it hosts other guests. The home is fenced in as well and private as well. The neighbors do have dogs and may bark.
