Tipn T Ranch Guest House is Hosted by the 4th Generation Homesteading Family known as "The Meeker' s" AKA John and Teresa Penhall (Formerly Meeker) . The house is comfortably furnished with Antique Furniture, 100% Cotton Sheets, Heirloom quilts, large country kitchen. Well water ( Sulpher scented) and septic system. Less than 10 minutes to Starbucks, Home Depot. 27 miles to Lava Beds National Monument. 66 miles to Crater Lake National Monument. 10 miles to Sky lakes Medical Center. The space Farmer John ( looks like Sam Elliott) Makes the morning rounds about 7:00 a.m. to feed the Kunykuny pigs, critically endangered Java chickens, and the 5 resident horses and the registered Angus bull and 30 cows and calves. Guest access Stay outside of gated areas, Farm animals can be dangerous, DO NOT feed them with out the Host on the premises, some foods will KILL them. Other things to note We have 5 resident horses. Several resident Bald Eagles, Red Tailed Hawks, Gold Finches. 124 counted species of birds. ALWAYS Keep gates closed.
