The space In addition to three large bedrooms there is a large living room and kitchen. En-suite bathroom and full bathroom with electric shower and bath. The floors are all wooden. The living space has central heating and a stove fire. There are four access doors to the property .Front, back and side doors and the master bedroom also has a patio door out to a stunning view of Carlingford Lough. Outside there is a lawn surrounding the property to almost 360 degrees. Outside seating can be moved to view Carlingford lough, Greenore, Cooley, the Mourne Mountains and behind is Slieve Foy . Guest access The front room is currently used for storage and so is off limits. The remainder of the house is open for full access all the time and isn’t shared with others . Other things to note The lawn surrounds the house so is perfect for sitting out on a sunny day, Weekly during the summer gardeners will need to mow the lawn for an hour or so.
