Built on one level, it advantageously offers the space available to allow an open stay integrating the fully equipped modern kitchen, the dining room, as well as the living room/living area that connects directly with the semi-covered outdoor terraces, the dining room and the tanning area. The living room also houses a large 65" LCD TV, a comfortable sofa, a Bluetooth audio system, and unlimited access to Netflix. The villa has a covered and private garage. Each of these 3 peaceful bedrooms is equipped with a 40-inch smart TV with Netflix and has its own private bathroom. - Bedroom 1: King-size bed, equipped with a desk connected to the bathroom with bathtub. - Bedroom 2: King-size bed, equipped with a desk connected to a large bathroom. - Bedroom 3: King-size bed, equipped with a desk connected to a large bathroom. The outdoor area consists of a superb swimming pool with a 'sunbath' type beach, ideal for children and adults alike. In the garden, you can enjoy a dedicated barbecue area. Guest access Benoit will warmly welcome you upon arrival at the villa and you will proceed together with the registration process. He will manage all customer relationships, ensuring that your experience is simply exceptional. You will have private access to the entire house during your stay. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities available to you. Other things to note Included in your stay: - Sheets, towels and bedding. - Free cleaning is provided every 3 to 4 days (with towel change) for stays of at least 7 nights. Sheets are changed once a week. - Also, for your comfort, the villa is treated every month against insects. Not included: - Electricity: Billed at 6 THB/unit (kWh). A photo of the meter will be taken at check-in and another at checkout. Extra services: Benoit will be there to help and can arrange transportation services from the airport to the villa, as well as scooter, car or taxi rental at an additional cost.
