"Le Beffroi" : Cosy flat in the town center

This 25m² flat has been completely redesigned by an interior designer, offering modern comfort in a charming old building. Ideal for tourists, professionals on the move, trainees, teleworkers, lovers looking for a cosy nest or as a base (after a break-up, ...). For your info : some people found the stairway a bit steep. The space The double-oriented flat is located on the second (last) floor. It is bright and peaceful. Its living room and kitchen are oriented towards the Grand Place, from which we can see the bell tower of the church and the town hall belfry. You will therefore be in the hyper-center of Armentières, literally less than 2 minutes from the shopping streets, the Vivat (art and creation conventioned scene of national interest), public transport, and 10 minutes’ walk from the cinema, the media library, the train station, as well as the banks of the Lys (the river that runs through the city and reaches the “Près du Hem” lake and leisure center, before continuing its course in Belgium). The sleeping area is at the rear - as is the bathroom - and the living room has a convertible sofa which offers additional sleeping accommodation for one adult or two children, if necessary. The accommodation is not configured to accommodate five people, unless it is a baby (cot and high chair provided). However, having had requests for an additional extra bed, be aware that it is possible to have, at your request, a single inflatable mattress (with its duvet and linen). You will be cramped, this may not be suitable for long stays, yet this is possible. Guest access You have access to the entire flat. Other things to note Are you travelling with a baby ? You will find all the necessary equipment on site to change it, wash it, feed it and possibly wash/dry its soiled clothes. I've been there, I know how comfortable it is to find everything on site... Last detail : the photos are not contractual (the decorative elements may have changed since the photos were taken, yet without changing either the characteristics or the atmosphere of the flat).
