Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space Find yourself at home in Haku, a spacious 100 square meter apartment with three bedrooms and one bathroom. Located in Eixample Dreta, Haku pays homage to Japanese design. Notice the small details, such as the custom woodwork in the entrance and the hanging fabric decor throughout the space. To the left of the entrance, come upon the private office with dedicated work space, leading to the main bedroom. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private patio connected to the office. Past towards the entrance, find the second bedroom fitted with a queen-sized bed and unique color-blocking on the walls, adding a vibrancy to the space. The bathroom next door has a full shower. All bed and bath linens are provided. Down the hallway to the right, there is a sleek and modern kitchen, fully furnished for all one's cooking needs. Across the hallway, there is a cozy single bedroom with plenty of closet space. The living area benefits from natural light and high ceilings, adding an extra dimension of space. There is a lounge area featuring a hand-made varnished wood bench, done by a local carpenter. On the other side, find a big dining area perfect to host a dinner party. The space features characteristic geometric wood decor across the walls. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
