The space This independent and private unit is located on the ground floor and backyard of a 45,000 sq. ft. bungalow, surrounded by lush greenery that creates a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The bungalow itself sits in a quiet, safe, and secure street with a single entry and exit point, right between new and old Gurgaon. A gentle reminder: This is a self-contained unit within the bungalow, not the entire property. While this may be evident from the pricing, we prefer to set expectations clearly to avoid any misunderstandings. The space features a spacious room with an en-suite bathroom, a fully functional and well-equipped personal kitchen, and is designed to comfortably accommodate two guests in a relaxing and serene setting. Just outside the room, adjacent to the kitchen, is a charming sit-out area, framed by lush plants with a majestic mango tree flanked by a graceful crepe myrtle and Rangoon creeper—a perfect spot to savor morning tea or evening coffee in nature’s embrace. The kitchen is bright and airy, thoughtfully furnished with all essential amenities, including a fridge, microwave, gas stove with a cylinder, and basic cookware and cutlery (please refer to the amenities section for details). Main Door Etiquette The entryway remains open, but always close the MAIN door properly behind you. However, do NOT latch it (no “Kundi”), as other guests may still be out! 3. Restricted Areas For everyone’s privacy and security, access to the front lawn, backyard, terrace, and private areas of other units is strictly prohibited. 4. Stay in Your Lane Your allocated unit is your space—please do not enter or linger in areas assigned to others. Also, no walking, strolling, or taking calls in common areas like the staircase or driveway. Other things to note Electricity & House Rules 1. Electricity Usage • 5 units/day of electricity are complimentary. Any usage beyond that will be charged at ₹10 per unit. • The unit has an independent sub-meter to track consumption. At check-in and check-out, please take a photo of the meter reading and share it via Airbnb messenger. • If you don’t send the readings, our recorded readings will be considered final. This helps ensure electricity is used efficiently and responsibly—no waste, just what you need! 😊 2.
