The apartment is its own space and has private parking in the front. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to Big Timber Brewery, a 10 minute walk to Davis and Elkins, a 10 minute drive to the Allegheny National Forrest, a 45 minute drive to Blackwater Falls, and Canaan Valley. The studio apartment is its own location above an unused garage. You will have the entire space for yourself and do not have any shared walls. There is private parking in the front and you will ascend the covered stairs to access the front door. At the top of the landing there is a small private space to sit. A small Weber charcoal grill is provided if you would like to grill out. The entire space has been completely renovated with modern amenities, quality linens, and furnishings. There is a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and fully stocked kitchen. You can lay in the king sized bed while watching your favorite streaming shows on the Smart TV. Free Wifi is a standard along with coffee, tea, spices, and essential kitchen basics. AC can be hard to come by in WV and the brand new unit keeps you feeling comfortable during the summer heat waves. In the winter cozy up on the couch with the fire place to keep you warm. We welcome traveling professionals and open to short and long term rentals. You will have access to the entire apartment. The garage is used for storage and you will not have access to it. We love hosting and to give local recommendations! Although we do not live locally this is our home away from home and can be reached through the message service provided by Airbnb or a personal text or call. You have private, off street parking spot directly in-front of the apartment. Elkins is a walkable town and you can get to the downtown area within 10 minutes of the apartment. We are located in a family friendly neighborhood. We do own the property in the front and the tenants that rent use the parking spot next to the Airbnb space. As we have renovated the space our entire family has stayed in the space and have grown to love the apartment. Our vision for the space was a modern home base for folks coming to explore WV.
