It is the perfect place for a getaway from anywhere in the city, or those arriving from JFK. Located just steps from the beach, the space is modern with vaulted ceilings and furnished beautifully with everything you’ll need for your stay including a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, linens, shower and toiletries, smart tv, Wi-Fi, A/C and heat throughout, BBQ and outdoor dining area, and an outdoor shower to rinse off when you return from the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are available at the house. Free street parking in front of the property. Steps from the subway and bus stops, as well as about one mile from the ferry to lower Manhattan. The bungalow is located about a 20 minute drive from JFK. Guest access The bungalow is self check in with keyless entry. It is located in the rear of the property. This is a shared space with THE HOST, but can be as private or as shared as a guest would like. Other things to note We do not allow parties or gatherings on the property. Please do not bring additional guests outside the reservation amount, unless previously approved by the host. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am Smoking is prohibited inside the bungalow, as well as anywhere on the property. No pets are allowed. Please do not wear shoes inside the bungalow. The property has security cameras outside for your safety. Please be aware that this is a beach bungalow, so despite the best efforts of the finest cleaning staff, there still may be trace amounts of sand in the space. As mentioned previously, we are within 15-20 minutes of JFK airport. Be advised that the convenience of being within the vicinity of the airport might lead to some airplane noise during your stay.
