East Frisian Gulf farm with plenty of space

Very well maintained farmhouse (Gulfhof) in southern East Frisia. The house offers a lot of space for large families or fitters. The farm was abandoned, but some animals still live on the farm. There is a lot of playground equipment for the little ones in the garden. Vehicles such as bicycles, Dinocar, pedal tractor and even two rickshaws are available. In the neighboring village there is a beautiful swimming lake with a sandy beach, slide and non-swimmer area. The space The upper floor offers 2 double rooms and a small room with a 140 cm bed as well as a bathroom. On the ground floor is another double room, a single room, 1 children's room with a crib, crib and changing table, playroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. Guest access The living area is completely rented to guests. The landlords do not live in the same house. Other things to note The house has a very nice garden, with a terrace and lots of playground equipment. A fire basket and a grill are available for cozy evenings.
